id say hoilett was our worse player today. that slow dribble he does when he gets it on the left flank is so poor. he is basically saying to the defenders can u guess when I'm going to try and cut inside? and he doesn't run at pace so he's so easy to tackle. way too predictable

Should play him against weaker opposition not the top teams.

Poor again when we get the ball to him we want him to get forward and ease the pressure always seems to lose the ball to easy not strong enough

Can't believe we didn't go for Nathan Redmond.

Unless they improve I'd sell Hoilett and Phillips in the summer and look to bring in Redmond and Townsend.

Needs to attack people with pace and energy, not his slow slow slow, run into someone malarkey

Would rather play Phillips than him personally, not been great this season but he does offer more of a physical presence and can deliver a decent cross at times.

I much prefer him on the right so he doesn't use that slow predictable move that every defender in the league knows! I think the Vargas/Isla combination on the right is what we should keep so Hoilett to me is just a change of pace sub atm! I have to say although he was #### poor in attack, he did help out a lot defensively against Chelsea, that's part of his game that is improving!

Looked a bit too busy watching Chelsea play and forgot to help for the first goal. So I think that his defensive game is still not good enough.

I saw him helping Yun out defensively quite often in the first half, I didn't notice his positioning on the goal but I sure thought Yun made an error by cutting in to the middle where there were already 2 CB's instead of defending Oscar wide, I don't think Oscar pulls off that curling outside of the boot strike if he was rushed, perhaps Yun was expecting Hoilett to track back but I think it was his error!

Not sure. Just remember mumbling his name and a fair few swear words in the same sentence when watching them score that goal. Maybe you are right.

If you say you would start with traore I would also disagree there - genuinely believe he can't cut it as a winger at this level. has pace but like hoilett no end product
I totally agree with this. Hoilett is the better player. He was single handedly keeping Blackburn up, so there is a good player in there. I think hes low on confidence but if we get him playing, then we will have a very good winger again.
