It doesn't have to exactly be him but a youth in the squad

I'd love to have one of our own in the squad mate . Sad reality is though there isn't one who's even remotely close to that standard . We desperately need to improve our youth set up at rangers and go back to basics . You've only gotta look at Southampton to see what can be done with a good acadamy . I'd love to see that at qpr

Are we/have we given up on 3.5.2? All the fuss made about us playing this formation (pre-season, certain signings, Hoddle) for us to give up after only a couple of games is IMO one of the main reasons we've had a poor start.

With only 1 striker we will never score

3 at the back worked at the world cup because it took a lot of the nations by surprise. There's not enough time in between games to work on countering it, allowing some of the nations using it to get further that people expected them to.

Managers and coaches have been looking at 3 at the back system the whole summer and have already found out it's weaknesses. Just play 1 up front, push up your wingers and get them to play as wide as possible. It becomes the weakest defensive system out there. Look how quickly Man United dropped it too, not just QPR.
