Gallen, Bircham, Furs all on the coaching staff wouldn't be too bad either. All good at working with young players and would go for them instead of players looking to come here for the dough. We'd actually have an identity again...especially with all ex Rs working at the club (bar sherwood).

Gallen and birch am maybe but have a look at furlongs record, if that's success we are in real trouble. Appointments should be on basis of talent to coach not because they used to play for us, name those ex players who have been successful anywhere, not many.
