I think he means that the club is stuffed with delutions of grandeur or something like that. Still a bit like we were in the Flavio days.

We weren't that bad. Most teams set up to defend against us for a start. Main point is we were doing well in the league and everyone was upbeat. One man couldn't change the entire club culture....surely.

I can't get the link but if he is implying that TF is to blame then he needs his head read, the man hires a manager with years of top flight experience, supplies him with untold funds, and the old fart screws it up and that's TF's fault?

That would be the third manager that TF has backed with disastrous results. Hughes has been a success everywhere else he has been, redknapp pretty much has as well. The common denominator is TF and the culture created at the club. It's all to matey matey, players aren't motivated because if HR ###### them then they can just go to Uncle Tony and have a whinge

Not sure about that, Wet spam, Southampton might have something to say about that, Pompy have all but vanished and Spurs saw the light, Levy is No mug.

                        Saints he was bad with.
West Ham he did fine, Spurs he did well with and Pompey he did well but spent money.

Point is that the culture at QPR is wrong and that comes from the top. It's all sheen and no substance, shambles of a club that signs players for the sake of it and whose chairman wants to be best mates with everyone

How is the board to blame for hiring an experienced prem league manager, giving him transfer funds, then getting stick when the football management fail?

Harry employed the coaches. He bought players. He picks the team and tactics. Whatever happens on the training ground and pitch is the responsibility of the highly paid management. That's where the buck stops.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

TF is the problem as there is now a pattern developing............

Warnock now doing amazing things at Crystal Palace.
Hughes now doing amazing things at Stoke.
Arry was doing amazing things at Spurs now reduced to s hite at QPR.

All worked for TF and ALL S HITE under TF!

If he could continue his AirAsia work ethic and hard nosed approach with QPR it would be great, but he carries on here like a lovesick teensger
