This England side are crap, but Austin has done NOTHING to warrant a cap. Lambert's actually a decent CF...

But Berahino needs to get a call up, especially with Sturridge out. Rooney shouldn't be in the starting 11, let alone the captain. Huddlestone should be our CDM, and Townsend needs to be dropped...

Austin hasn't proved anything yet, reckon he will by the end of the season though. Personally, I think Defoe should still be getting called up.

Disagree. Why shouldn't he be in contention.. who else is there? Lamberts done nothing this season but sit on the bench and can hardly be 'match fit'.
Charlie's scored goals throughout his career everywhere! Didn't Bothroyd get a call up playing in the champ once upon a time...

Berahino for West Brom is in the U21's and the next highest English goal scorer in the league is Austin.. So, why not call up Austin instead of Lambert Roy, if your going on form etc. Austin's 24 and a hell of a lot younger. People may says its too early for Charlie but not IMO..

If I was a betting man I would put money on Charlie being in the next England squad.

Would have liked to have them both at QPR from January. Not very likely, but Lambert is too good to not play regularly
