Going back to "If Austin gets injured.
IMO it will be harder for us to win games.
Other teams have the same problem like Liverpool with Sturridge out.
They even are playing someone we tried to sign - he is not scoring

OK so taking your second point into consideration, we are pretty much doomed already.
2 less than Charlie. My point is that we have players that are being paid to score goals so they need to step up and do that.

2nd point. If you think Charlie scoring 12-15 goals alone will keep us up then think again.

Easier said than done though in the best league in the world.. no matter how much their getting paid.

I didn't think or say Charlie scoring 12-15 goals alone would keep us up?

Ah OK, understood now.. I agree. If we keep shipping goals like we are it wont matter how many goals Charlie scores, we'll be going down anyway!

At the moment we are missing a number of players (who we hope will return so). If players get injured, you just have to get on with it.

Sorry, but the thought of playing with Vargas and Zamora doess't fill me with confidence any more than Doyle and Maiga (Keane) did last Feb and March.
I wouldn't put Vargas in the same category as those donkeys. Personally got a feeling he will be quality once he gets a few games under his belt.

Yeah they can play up front but they aint no where near good enough to score enough goals to keep us up
Apparently being a stand out player in a world cup for your country is not good enough when you have played two matches and gotten an assist already. Bobby has played well enough to suggest he might get us goals. Adel can play up front when fit as well.

All good points.... I was also thinking with all our attacking midfielder's, if it come to it could one of them be played up front? Fer/Mutch? Obviously not a solution and just a temporary fix but if it came down to Austin being injured and Zamora not being able to play for long periods maybe one of them could help out Vargas..... just NOT Phillips!!!!

Haha really? So you think Zamora and Vargas can score enough goals to keep us up.. Take a look at Vargas's scoring record for clubs lad.
Good player, great movement but wont be prolific and score you enough goals to keep you up.

Am I missing something - we have won a match and to the best of my memory Austin scored the winning goal.

Yeah you are missing something obviously.. fvck me one win and a 1-0 one that's special aint it. Your very naïve if you think one win out of 6 games should gloss over everything.
What im saying is true.. we've won one game in six and his played in every game.

                              No "his" not.

So wrong again, but don´t let facts get in the way, when putting club, players, or manager down. Better to exaggerate

You what mate? Charlie Austin has played in every game for us.

Your deluded fella and you clearly do not see it but you will eventually.. I aint letting facts get in the way of anything, if anyone is its fans like you.
Worst goal difference in the league, cant defend. And you cant use injuries as an excuse for the defensive coaching cos we have a fully fit defence.. No style going forward and short of goals and firepower up front.
This teams going no where under Redknapp and it never has been. Charlie, Joey and Onouha bailed him out of it last season.
The 1st thing you do when you come up is organise the team and make it hard for teams to beat you. Something the coaching team haven't done.

Their the facts and the sooner you see it the better.
