Agreed. If poss can the mods do it so this or just one thread doesn't get bombarded from the normal negative posters. Nothing against what they want to write it's just every thread seems to get taken over by moaning.

Deep down I'm not happy about being 18th but if I got asked on here at start of the season would I take 17th then my answer would of been yes!!! One win away from mid table!

Anyway what does posters on here think of Vargas? Think there might be a good player in there somewhere?

Looks lively but im not certain he will adapt to the prem in our side/style of play. Wouldn't it be nice if just for once one of our many many new signings scored an important goal like they always seem to do at other clubs.

i thought vargas had a very good game. was stuck out on the right wing mainly in the second half but ran his socks off and done well.

Diablo has only been negative since joining the site, literally has only one or two positive things to say so far in his entry. Regardless of the individuals here, we really did play well in the second half and if we had a bit more luck in front of goal, we could have gone home with an excellent point.

On the back foot most of the game with only 44% possession but got forward well with 10 successful dribbles to soton's 9. mind you we did terribly in the air and only won 38% of the aerial duels. Given that their striker is 6 foot 5 or so, that is unsurprising. I think this statistical analysis tends to match what most people have said on here. Except you obviously

No that sounds about right to me. park the bus till the first goal then start to play and realise that we should have done that from the start. How many shots on target we have according to your stats?
