And they only survived because of Pulis

In addition, all 4 of those teams changed their managers.

Now that is a very valid point and wins that argument imo

Yes, and arguably Norwich would have survived if they'd sacked Hughton sooner, so there's a lesson there somewhere. Next half dozen games are crucial for us.

This massively frustrates me.. its the fact there is always an excuse he makes prior to a game that he can fall back on if it all goes t1ts up..

actually, sunderland were still bottom after 5 games after di canio's madness, then palace (19th). looky here. all of the bottom 6 at the time changed their manager before the end of the season, only 2 of the 14 others (manure and swansea) did so.

no pun, but i take the point about how other teams look, but it's also about whether they're picking up points. burnley may look 'better' than us (not 100% convinced of this), but they haven't scored a single goal in the last 525 minutes of play for example.

You're right of course about Sunderland, and I did edit my original post, apologies

no need for apologies... to be honest, i'd somehow managed to forget about those golden di canio days (no idea how) and thought that it must be palace too.

I don't get this 'everyone looks better' rubbish. Newcastle got spanked 4/0 away to soton. Burnley haven't scored a goal. We were far better than hull and Sunderland when we played them! That's 4 teams, that would put us 16th and that's our target. Job done.......

And we will improve as a team game after game..

Game on if you ask me starting with 3,000 rs on Saturday. Can't wait!!!

                                if

if tony pullis would come to qpr then we could get gerry francis, that would guarantee the rangers staying up if wwe keep redknapp we will drop but hopefully we will survive and stay in the championship
its a no brainer bring in pullis and gerry francis
