I don't want him to fail. The time to sack him is not in the middle of the season. We had an opportunity to sack him during the Summer and we'll have another chance at the end of this season. I really think we should not rock the boat in the meantime unless, of course, he really does lose the plot and we have another Hughes like streak.

But I really do think we'll get better and better. We are by no means the worst squad in the league but we have had odds against us, such as having so many gaps that we had to fill in the squad and now injuries.

With regards to injuries, I'm still convinced something is wrong with training/Harlington if we're having this many injury problems over the last few seasons. You can't say it's bad lack if we've had serious injury problems for 3+ seasons in a row.
