Only other option would be to go back to 3 at the back with Onouoha , Caulker and Hill ( left footed ) and have 3 mids of Kranjcar , Fer and Henry

In all seriousness though, HR has been comparing rio with bobby moore and beckenbaur (i know i know) this weekend so i think his place is safe for a little while longer. And i think its okay to give him a bit more time.
