Pretty sure you're in the minority TW but methinks you enjoy being "different"
...just an opinion and view Merry, nothing about enjoying anything.

        IMO.
The players will thrive on a hostile atmosphere. 18k of us giving both barrels to the oppo is just as motivating as us singing Austin's name.

Can't beat a hostile atmosphere (albeit can count on one hand the amount of time's we have had it at Loftus Road in my lifetime)!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Many thought it wouldnt make a blind bit of difference to Chelsea if we were hostile towards them the season we first came up. Or Arsenal. Or Spurs. Beat all 3 of them. A hostile atmosphere in each of those spurred the players on, why should Saturday be any different?

Agree to an extent. In those games the hostility was for the clubs as a whole whereas Saturday is all about Hughes.

Thats what Ive been thinking.... will the players feed of all the abuse being thrown at MH? I'm not so sure..... I've got to stress though I 100% completely agree with any abuse MH gets!

Good point, not from me though. I'd be directing my hate toward the Stoke players too. Can't stand Stoke, and would literally do anything I could to help us get 3pts.

This. Doesn't matter that it's personal to Hughes or not, the atmosphere in those games destroyed the opposition - I remember in the Spurs game Bale was on fire that season, but he withered under the onslaught. Yes, it's crude and unsportsmanlike, but if we're going to accept that football is also a gladiatorial contest (Bread and Circuses - Juvenal - Rome - nowt's changed has it?), then bring it on. Plus, of course, we need to win. And Hughes needs to know how we feel.

LR is built for getting at 'em, it's the main advantage we have at home. Use it.

I'd sooner stay there than be in some identikit designer stadium.

that's exactly my point.....totally agree about hostility aimed at the pitch and the Stoke team which has shown to be favourable in the past.....it'll be wasted aimed at Hughes personally, ImO OF COURSE

I want 3 points, as long as QPR win, the fans can clap Hughes off the pitch.
