    Brushed Aside - Twice

We have now been brushed aside twice in a row in 2 away games. Its 'after you claude' on the pitch.

Now i am aware that we will get battered by the top teams this season but to turn up and not take a fight to them is unforgivable. I hope this is the last time we play like we ar e just happy to be here.

Think we will be 'brushed aside' in every single away game (barr a lucky one or two where we might get lucky and not be).
Think harrys game plan is win as many as we can at home and hope that keeps us up.

depends, Spurs and Utd away are tough ones. I would like to think we would win 3 away all season but not if we play like we have today thats for sure

Our plan in the first half at least, seemed to give it to Rio, who would hoof it up to no one, and then we'd spend 5 minutes chasing the ball again.

Why cant we pass it out, why bother have Phillips and Hoilett if they dont attack their fb's.

We seem to have a serious inferiority complex. TF may as well have saved his money and kept the Championship team if we were gonna play like this.

No pressing, played to deep. Analysis done.

It's united away, did we really expect any other result? Take it that players that needed some time under their belt got it. Let's concentrate on beating Stoke.

No, lets concentrate on working our b ollocks off and being solid and hard to beat. The results then take care of themselves.

we must have known that uniteds defence was their weakest part of the team so we set up to play so deep that we almost had 6 at the back in the 1st half and allow their midfield all the time and space that they needed to hurt us.would have made more sense to play 2 up front and not have fer and sandro in one anothers space.and as stated above working our provebrials off might have had an effect on the game.cant imagine Leicester or burnley going there and laying down before their expensive superstars and giving them an easy time.pressure the ball and work on the other teams weakness is in my opinion the way to go not stand off and admire the opposition as two 4-0 defeats proves.

This. Played six in a straight back line at times. Let them run around us in midfield. Poor keeping for two of the four goals. Charlie never got the ball and couldn't have held it up if he did.

Think you're kind of missing the point of everyone's frustrations to be perfectly honest.

I thought Fer's jog back after Di Maria knocked it over his head and ran on for their second goal was shocking.

I am inclined to agree. We don't often travel well.

Can believe our home form is key to survival plus 2 or 3 away wins at places like Palace and West Ham.
