Joey Barton. Our Captain And Future Manager? Excellent Interview!

Real good read this. Would be very happy if he became our manager one day.

good interview. i appreciate his honesty although i'm still a bit suspicious about his pseudo-intellectualisms.

interesting that he accepts that he's not really captain material and that clint is.

He is trying to expand his knowledge base and I for one take my hat off to him, it's the blunt honestly that is scary, the fact he admitted he felt too big for the club is so honest my jaw dropped, we all knew he thought that but to admit it, wow!

            At least he was honest.

But it just goes to show you the madness that is modern football. £80k a week..... Yet it was our privilege?!

            That's just mental........

I felt he was a bit hard on his father, as most of us are...
Read a great quote, or something from one of his plays, by Oscar Wilde, which I think sums up the relationship between children and parents,

"We start off by loving our parents, but after a while we judge them. Rarely if ever do we forgive them..."

Love Joey, but he could talk for England.
