A great shout. The unsettling to a team is frustrating. Though I spose everyone is in the same boat.

Again it is generally more unsettling for the smaller clubs and those coming up from the Championship. The bigger clubs can go out and buy practically anybody they want and the players they get rid of, on transfer deadline day are generally players they can do without in any case.

They may change the system and don't think we'll play that all the time.

We do have a pretty good team of players, it will just take a few game to get them to speed.
