no no no enough of these English ex-players. hearing Les comments on the Spurs game on MOTD was painful, the guy had nothing to say. just because you were a good player doesn't entitle you to a position of influence.

Don't see anything wrong with that at all. Would be a great move by the club to have someone with Les's experience and a former player and fan favourite in charge of the youngsters.
