vans a proper rangers fan who wears his heart on his sleeve-his expectations of certain games are the same of any sane person...i thought we'd lose today. yes the way we lost was a killer but some of our fans think we are down already!!!! -van doesn't from what i'm reading and the hard work starts now....?

We cant afford to just throw games away.

Poor preparation and slow to get business done over the summer has cost us big time. Just gotta get the win against Sunderland then a two international break will be useful to get some tactical work done on the training ground.

Apologies to van for the heated response but my main point of that post still stands. And the OP makes a a few sensible points if you can ignore the silly thread title.

we all want that mate-but if its all doom after 2 games then we really are fc uked. barton said we need to re-create the wigan game every week-all teams need it coming down from the stands-if some of the crazy threads/posts on here represented the atmosphere at home then turn out the lights now!!

Have said to pals that our destiny will be decided by our results against the teams who will end up down or near the bottom & not the top six. Any points taken from a top six side will be a bonus imho. Hopefully the performances will improve when the new players bed in & get to know each others game. What worried me today was the lack of fight, inability to make a simple pass & the slowness of what little attacking opportunities we created. Need a much better performance v Sunderland next week & as someone else posted the international break will give GH & the squad time to work on the new formation. Anyway onwards & upwards & lets get behind the lads on Saturday.

S h I t post,let's get it straight. we are QPR,realistically who settled for a point this morning? I know I did,some posters ain't got a danny.3-4 mini leagues in the prem.Spurs away is tough,Sunderland at home is where we start.

I realise that you're not an educated sort of fella but that's a bit insulting ain't it... Look, ok the headline to this thread might have been toned down but it was how I was feeling at the time... I'm not pushing any panic button I'm just being realistic that there today was dross.... The sort of performance that can quite easily see a major wobble and lack of confidence creep in amongst the players and then translate to us fans.... I would quite thankfully of settled for a point before the start of play and didn't give us much chance of winning but, having said this I was also quietly confident that we would never get rolled over like we have done to Chelsea and The Fools shipping 6 on both occasions.... I really thought we were beyond that stage but on today's dismal showing I'm not so sure....

Fair points well made and upon reflection maybe I was a little childish in my response so apologies there.... I'm just as flat as a fart after putting up with that sh1te it was just really really embarrassing and even worse after they showed that sequence of a million passes on MOTD and showed us up as L2..... Dreadful stuff and sorry again maybe I was just looking for something or someone to take out my frustration out on..... Where's the cat....!!!
