I see people on here talking about Niko like he was absolute and total rubbish for us last season. Couldnt be further from the truth imo. Yeah I accept he didnt live up to his billing as a world class player but a bad player? I dont think so. Would be a useful squad player imo.

Good squad player. Thought he was quality in the PO semi finals, especially at home.

I thought he struggled with fitness, which is something he'll definitely have to sort out in the PL.

Am assuming because he is desperate to leave a war zone we are getting him for peanuts (i mean, he should almost be paying us to get him out of there). Tony prob not happy about having to pay 8m for fer so this is to make up the numbers. Funny thing about nico: he was the player i always wanted when he was at spurs then when we got him it was like having brigitte bardot a few years too late.
