I think the release clause is for a top four champions league club so if spurs want him they will have to pay nearer the 15m mark that qpr would want, or cash plus a player..

I said as soon as the Liverpool deal collapsed it was realistically only Spurs who could sign him. I also said, I find it hard to believe Levy would pay 11.5 million and 70k a week for someone who's previously failed a medical. Spurs play one up front, Adebayor looks to be that man and unless Soldado is sold/loaned out then I can't see Levy having Soldado and Remy both picking up big wages and sat on the bench. The time to worry will be when/if Soldado heads out of the Lane.
