Where's Joe Ledley now? Was always a good player but was he a winger or a CM? I seem to remember CM but not sure tbh

Not sure we can afford that but I'd love him back. Think he'd really thrive in this new system.
I'd say thats about right I wouldn't go more than 13m but we can't afford that surely I'd agree aswell he would fit

          Where would you play him?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

He'd start above Simpson for me I know that for a fact. He's a grafter don't think he'd need much forcing to execute a wing back role. Isla to come in is probably what will make sure this doesn't happen. I actually forgot about him.

Haha - someone needs to wake up and smell the coffee. So you think he's a worth less than Shane long £12million, Loverns £20million, Adam Lallana £27million.

I think your post pretty much hit the nail on the head.

I would take any of Long, Lovrens and Lallana over Townsend and it's not even close in the latter two cases.

Overhyped and unproductive. Runs rings around Macedonia in a slow news week and suddenly he was the SSN-annointed main man for us in Brazil. Ridiculous. For all his running about his end product is **** poor.

I dont think those 3 are worth what their clubs paid for them either.

HR is not looking for that sort of a player - said 2 midfielders and a striker.
IMO Townsend is overrated. Never passes the ball - hence zero assists last year - another SWP in the making

Andros Townsend would be the best winger at the club if he signed

which might put all the other wingers noses out of joint - but last year they were pants so they need a shake up

But we're not playing with wingers this year!
