not fact if you go by the stats provided in another thread about Taarabt being a
    Premiership failure.

According to those he has created a number of chancers for team mates but it is they who have missed them (although Taarabt himself has missed many chances too).

The problem is Adel doesn't seem to be a "team" player. When we were in the championship, the team seemed to be built around him. This isn't going to work with the team we have now.

Also look what happened at Fulham.

Who keeps merging all these threads? It kills any discussion.

Firstly, Fulham were a sinking ship WAY before Adel went there. And he showed he can be a team player while he was at Milan and during parts of Hughes' time here. Adel was an important member of the squad before Redknapp arrived and began pushing him out.

Secondly, he played as a #10/playmaker when he was here - the team is supposed to work around him. He is not the first of his kind to suffer when he's forced out on to the wing - look how much worse Mata is doing at Utd after coming from a Chelsea side where he was the key man, look at how Kagawa struggled when he went Utd and got forced on to the wing, see how Ozil & Czaorla suffer at Arsenal when they're forced on the wing to accommodate each other.

Adel plays for adel and did before arry arrived. How many premiership clubs bid for him during the window? Why didn't milan pay such a paltry fee for such a star? Many more questions than answers eh.

Obviously its down to the individual first and foremost, but when you have a player who is and has always been inclined to be a tad lazy around the training pitch, then it's down to the fitness coaches and management to sort him out, not let him get away with it.
What fitness plan? Didn't know he was injured? Just give 100 % in every drill and you'll be fit.

Milan, like every Italian side bar Juventus, are broke. Their marquée signing this summer was a free transfer. We asked for 7M & he is on 60k a week, meaning a transfer & 4 year contract would cost the best part of 20M.

That's unaffordable for a poor Italian team and a fair bit of money for most Prem sides. Just because we pay ridiculously inflated wages doesn't mean others can or will…

And Adel's fitness is a non-issue. He is fit enough to play, and will only get fitter if he does so.

Wasting your time bush with questions like that as some fans are content hanging out his rear cavity rather than accepting the lad has anything to do with his current circumstances.

I asked yesterday why did Milan not follow through on the deal they agreed when it was as you say a paltry fee and he done apparently so well there the question was met with silence as the answer is probably to admit he never done as well out their as we were led to believe. When you say he was poor at fulham it was not his fault it was Fulhams and so the excuses continue

You love an excuse. Then if they were broke why agree a fee with us they could not afford???? Why not just sign him on loan with no option to buy. Assuming salary was an option and we have heard so much b llocks from the fat #### that he wanted a big move why not take a hit on the salary to make his dream come true???

What's more important the dream we keep hearing about or the cash???
