You reckon? Time will tell. He can't get in the Ajax side, not something that's exactly hard. He's not going to end up at a big club and of the rest we're probably in the top bracket of paid wages, so if he can't agree terms with us, then who? I'm shocked. Hopefully he's worth the extra we're paying him, unless he's finally dropped his demands, which I'm not so sure he would have done. Can't moan at having him, Remy and Charlie as 3 forwards though.

The deal cooled because of the uncertancy over Remy. You're right though, tis the longest 48 hours ever!
