Ferdinand and Caulker looked the part. Rio's a leader. Defensively we'll be sound, although Greeno made a couple of Shakey decisions. Agree with other poster that Adel would thrive in this system. Love to see him behind the front 2.
Results don't matter, it was a good workout. We'll be good could next Saturday.

      My team:

      Green

      Caulker Ferdinand Ned
      SWP Barton Faurlin Yun
      Mutch
      Austin Remy/Hoilett

Not a massive fan of Zamora but you are spot on. Austin been poor all pre-season, for all his talk of premier dream thought he would have got himself as fit as possible, clearly not the case.

Dunne was very solid defensively plus offered far more going forward than Simpson..i watched Simpson closely yesterday and not only does he offer nothing going forward but defensively never makes a tackle..,always stands two or three yards off an opponent or caught out of position.

Complete and utter ****** about not being fit but agree yesterday he didn't look good at all but was completely starved of any service one cross I second half where he should have scored a header
For me Mutch and Barton were poor gave the ball away too much and also flashes of joey the Wally where he pushed their player twice. SWP plain and simple was just awful, ball bounced over his head for a throw at least twice because he didn't anticipate the ball.

Bobby as always came on and done a good job and caulker and rio looked good very calm on the ball and played it about well. Faurlin had another good game which is encouraging and Philipps looked to at least run at their full backs when he came on, feel we need him fit as he is for me the only player who looks like he can beat a player.

Yes a lot of work have to be done but I would not care much about the game simply because we had some non starting players players like Hill, Dunne, SWP (not sure why he is still involved). Also Jordon Mucth wasn't fully fit as well as Remy was not involved. It was also good to see Matt Phillips back.

The players may were instructed not to give 100% to avoid getting injuerd.

Hopefully we should look stronger against Hull.

Concerns over Austin, thought he would be raring to go as this is the step up he has been waiting for

This about Dunne. Was very good yesterday. Especially going forward, which was a surprise. Chief had a very indifferent game. Landlord starts for me next week on the left.

The back 3 next week have to be Caulker, Nedum & Rio.

Dunne & Rio in the back 3 is asking for trouble - unless Hull just lump balls up in the air.

The Greeks played it on the ground and Ned made an error.......

How is it possible that a 22 years old future England international is unfit - a professioal and said himself he has been training 5 weeks with Cardiff
