This! Both would be great appointments, however, I could see Clark leaving sharpish like McClaren. Hoddle for me and he's hugely thought of as a coach in the game and as you say, would be perfect with our system.

Getting Hoddle would be fantastic as he's a superb coach imo. Plus if in the mix would be an ideal replacement for Harry if he stepped down after the season or got the boot.

Maybe an announcement of new training set up and facilities with Hoddle as academy director? And Clarke coming aboard as a coach/assistant manager? We can but dream.

Would be very happy with this. It benefitted us getting a brilliant coach in Steve McLaren last season, and Hoddle is a very good coach too.
