IF they make a bid for him and IF we expect it, would be interesting to see if Remy excepts it. Don't get me wrong I'm under no illusion that Newcastle are a bigger club then us (ouch that hurt) but in term of football being played, at this point I wouldn't say there was a lot between us. Remy's already said many times he wants play CL football, something Newcastle definitely can't offer him. So unless another club comes in for him the options could either be QPR or Newcastle.... and we already know he's not keen on returning to geordy land...
I don't see him going to Newcastle. As a few have said, he has already says he doesn't want to go there and wants to play Champions League football. He'd do better to stay put, play well and keep himself in the shop window for a club that is worth leaving us for!

    Exactly Del.

Geordie's are idiots and can't get it into their thick heads though! I really hope Remy stays and bangs in a hat trick at St James!

Its the geordies in dream land - they have just preseumed that a sLiverpool deal fell through they are next in line but I honestly cant see tf selling remy to them unless they stump up some serious cash and remy really has a stop on to make the move happen.

Are Newcastle ****ing thick? I'm not sure if Remy can make it any more obvious that he has no interest in playing for them!

He rejected them 18 months ago and signed for us. He only went on loan due to it being World Cup year and they offered first team football. He openly said he would not make the move permanent during the loan spell. He refused to play towards the end of the season as he had a few niggles and didn't want to make it worse ahead of the World Cup.

    Retards.

We should only sell him to a " top 6 side" or he go abroad, wtf should we strengthen our realistic rivals

Not sure it works like that, a release clause works both ways and he only goes if a team meets the clause. After all he suggested it.

Newcastle can easily get anywhere between 35-50,000 people watching some of the poorest football in the premiership. No mean feat, but were I Remy, would not be in the least bit tempted to go there.
However, Remy will never be truly 'our' player, and if he doesn't manage to ***** himself off to a 'bigger' club before transfer deadline day, I'm sure he might just do it in January.
