I think a more likely scenario is that he would have suggested resigning and Tony would have asked him to stay on for another year.

I think Harry, more than most, is an man who works off his emotions, so he wouldn't have been able to help us in the championship. We all knew that. Being able to build a PL team, with an esprit de corp, as opposed to work with one inherited from a p rick like Hughesless, ought stand us in good stead this year providing us with a firm foundation to built on (once we get some younger players in). Who of our likely first teamers were first choices last time we were up? Clint and Traore only I think. Holliet. Maybe Granero? Maybe Adel? Says it all.
