This, but with bells on.Ladies!
First of all, WeAre, I believe you owe Yousef an apology.........................for insinuating that he has raised the racist card. He simply hasn't and, in fact, chose not to rise to your comment at all, which is commendable. Read the thread back and you will see you are wrong fella.
Secondly, having read your initial post, I can understand what you meant and in no way do I perceive it to be racist. However, if I do understand the point you were making correctly, you are suggesting that the other poster should not get too hung up on what Yousef said because English is not his native tongue and so, the post didn't really make sense?
Now, there lies the next problem: I believe English IS your native tongue
and yet the way in which you posted the comment leaves it open to interpretation by the wet lettuce brigade....................so perhaps you should think about how you word these sort of things before you post?
Good, glad we agree there.
Now, for the rest, Michael229, it may have appeared disrespectful, if one interpreted the comment in the wrong way, but it is a million miles from being racist. If this place is the laughing stock you suggest, why not skip on back to your favoured site, or perhaps spend your time reading that copy of the Guardian you have tucked under your arm instead. No offence but, if (a) you dislike this site and (b) you interpret this issue as being racist, I suggest you are better off elsewhere
Hipster - I think you too owe Yousef an apology for grabbing hold of your wooden spoon and turning this into something it was never meant to be. If you have the intelligence you appear to have (based on the erudite wording of your posts) I'm sure you will see that it was always a question of poor use of the English language by Yousef = forgivable and poor use of the English language by WeAre = far less so.
Although of course in a fair society, English people are just as entitled to struggle with construction of the English language as anyone else
None of the above of course presupposes that my English is perfect but one thing I know for sure is the racist angle is played here entirely out of context and mainly by people who had nothing to do with the situation but obviously feel their soap boxes needed a day in the sun

And you are an administrator, that is laughable? So I am the one who should leave? Well done too on conveniently ignoring maidstones' comments.Ladies!

To lay all the blame on immigration is unfair there are British people who just abuse the benefit system and don't have the right credentials as you put itNever said it was yousefs fault - was a generalization of whats happening to Britain. And to reiterate I have said I wished we were more like america and australia where to work and live in those countries you have to have the right credentials and offer them some thing - unlike the UK where we just let anyone in.
Immigration has done more good to this country than badWe Are The People.....Comment

Lol - I dont like racism or tolerate it all. But I will stick up for a poster who I have never seen to be racist on here in over 5 years when a small joke is made and is blown well out of proportion.
Im moving myself and my family to another country in August and am only doing so because I offer them something and will have to respect their culture. In Britain that courtesy is often not given.Comment

@Bluehoop....Wasn't trying to stir, honest, and apologies if it came out that way. Though if I see something of a belittling nature without a winky smiley or an lol to show some slight "joke",then I'll take it as read.
I am not perfect, and would like it if someone told me if I had stepped out of line. Life is too short to upset people an not be tolerant. Ultimately, we will get there with ignorance being educated and life will be much easier.
Thanks for your input and kind words still Sir. Appreciate it.Comment

Well, where do I start...
You didn't ask Weare to apologise for his offensive comment only for insinuating Yousef played the racism card - despite the fact he offended others on here. His post wasn't open to interpretation, it WAS rude.
Maidstone sounds like he is quoting from a BNP manifesto but that is ok
I give up, I'm a QPR fan and that's why I read this site. I'm also not a stirrer but I will speak out when people are abusive to other people. It's a shame you don't have the same morals.Comment

So all Ive said is that I think we should bringing more ebnglish players through the football system rather than foreigners and that british workers should be a priority over foreigners.
I've also made it clear twice now that I believe to work in this country from another one you should have a genuine talent or skill like you have to have to live in america and australia . If you meet that criteria then thats absolutely brilliant no matter where you are from.
These are not racist comments and again there is no place for racism. You obviously think Britian should be a open door to just anyone - I dont and I dont believe the op was being racist. Its a comment that has been blown way beyon what was meant.Comment

Michael, that is because WeAre's original comment wasn't at all offensive. I can guarantee you that it was not meant in that way, despite some being desperate to see it that way. His offensive comment was inferring Yousef was playing the race card, for the simple reason, Yousef had not.Well, where do I start...

I appear to have repeated what Bluehoop has said using different words.
