He said he wants to partner Rio and Caulker. What about Nedum?

Honestly I think caulker / rio is a great combo..young and leaning / experienced and teaching

Rio will not play every game and so begum will have ample opportunity... Now for another striker/ another midfielder and a winger

Great combo experience & still quality Ferdinand with a rising star & powerful Caulker who more importantly will have re sale value.

no, nothing is confirmed at time of writing.

And Caulker / Lascelles a far better bet anyway.

Have to be honest Rio & Caulker would be outstanding. Also not forgetting there's Onuoha, Dunne & Hill.

Well done if we do it
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I would like Nedum to at least play the matches where Rio is out. I donīt want his confidence shot from the start.

2 good signings if they happen imo.
Now lets get a couple of creative midfielders and a striker.

                    yeah but...

'However, QPR's attempts to sign Caulker could be threatened by Liverpool, Everton and Southampton, who are all believed to be interested in the Cardiff captain.'

Quite happy to get Rio but need another good CB as well.

I think rip is a sure thing....caulker is first choice clearly and larcelles looks like the 2nd choice. Would love caulker and rio think its a perfect combo but ned will feature strongly too as cant see harry wanting to play him all 38 games even if he is fit. Rio will be hand picked for certain games. If he plays 20 - 25 prem games at his his best then its a great signing.
Harry will have some pull with caulker and can see us nicking him over southampton and palace its just how serious liverpool are imo and maybe spurs.

Caulker is a must imo. Am very worried that Everton are interested in him though.
If we do manage to get him I can see a good young team finally being assembled.
Caulker,Philips,Austin, hoilett, with Simpson and Ned and Joey as good experience.
Tis a shame Morrison won't be joining us though

Lascelles has played 38 professional games in his career, barely a season, he is a prospect and no more then that how can he be rated better then a player who although aging has played nearly 700 games and won the biggest honours in the game?? Get Lascelles in by all means but he is not he answer for the coming season.

Rangers of the past would have got him in and loaned him out to get some experience that is what we used to do well. Worst case scenario have him in the squad and on the bench and throw him on when needed but unless we have aspirations of going straight back down again hes not the CB next season to have at the heart of the defence
