After his shambolic loan to Watford last year, I'm afraid even my faint hope that he might settle down and get his head on straight has slowly dwindled away.

If not try to build his confidence. I can see a top class player in there. When he first signed onloan he was outstanding

Yep I was always in the camp that thought we had a gem in him somewhere, but tbh after the amount of time & money we have invested in him for no return we should just get shot of him. Wasted talent.
