Apparently we've just turned down a £6 million pound bid for Snoddy from Hull.

Not a player that I want, too much said about these players having the right attitude we have them like O'neill etc but in terms of ability not good enough and should do ok for you in the championship.

think livermore was a very good signing. 8 mill yes is probably 2 or 3 mill over the odds but thats the premium you pay for english players nowadays. Also would disagree with a few that snodgrass isnt a very good player. Excellent team player got a good engine on him and set piece wise very good. Also whips the ball in the box as often as he can.

Hull have paid over the odds but what they are doing is building a very decnt team which is full of home based talent, young hungry players who again in my mind can more than hold its own with the bottom 10 or 12 clubs. 16 mill might seem a lot now but the take that from the 70 odd mill you get from staying up and its good business.
