It don't bother me personally what harm does it do. Magic card waving is the least of our problems when we have players diving and rolling round when there not hurt or touched that needs clearing up firstComment

For some countries, most notably the South Americans, "gamesmanship" is part of the game itself. They don't see why we make so much of a fuss. Remember "the hand of God" in 1986?
We called it cheating, they didn't. They saw it as part of the game....
