I would consider giving Bobby a one year extension or pay as you play with big bonuses for goals given his previous injury record as that would be win win in my book. I think he demonstrated end of the season that fully fit he still has something to offer

Great news and the first 3 who deserved to be rewarded. Green will be number 1 next year and deserves to be. Hope this ends the cesar debate.

I like the way you start your thread off by saying the strategy is clear now and then at the end say Maybe ??
Maybe it isn't clear then ?

No problems with that. All 3 fully deserved of a new contract.

yes, that was my view too after the play off final. He has been in very good form as a sub since March.

reduced wages on a pay when fit to play (even if not selected) plus a decent bonus if the club stays up.

That's fine as long as Hill and Dunne don't expect to play regularly. Offered is not the same as signed.

Hill has already said he will step aside if someone else can do a better job.
                    Great stuff ...good news

As you said Greengrass, offered is not the same as signed.

any news how long contracts been offered. Hill is 1 year and perhaps Ali because his injuries and Green for 2 years, this is my guess

Great move. Hill will probably be a liability at times on the pitch like that season but off the pitch he will do wonders.

Fully fit? Contradiction in terms. He can barely move. No chance in the EPL. We really have to bite the reality bullet and get rid of dead wood, we aren't a pension scheme (although it wouldn't surprise me if Harry knew a thing or two about pension schemes.....)
