No it don't north .....we'll be back in the champs. I will be utterly amazed, and disappointed if Tony allows salad back....one of the problems in the club....get rid and keep the team together as much as we canLast edited by QPRDave; 07-06-2014, 06:39 PM.Comment

I think Ricky's got a fishing rod 77.....either that or he's had a bad fall on his head...If you read that back it don't make sense "exactly the reason, higher wages and considered a better keeper by the football world hence more likely to be taken by others."...But he hasn't been taken, and why would he be because he's on higher wages?!!!Comment

Fair enough you don't like him but don't understand why you would call him a "cancer". Yes he was on massive wages but massive wages we offered. When did you last hear of a footballer who took a massive pay cut to play first team football?Comment

Yep. That and he can't command his box. Hughes, Kia Crook and the kind naivety of TF enable the Buzz Lightyear look alike to fill his boots whilst Greeno puts in the hard graft and helps get us up. I'll cheer on my team regardless, but I pray we won't see that money grabber in goal come August.I think Ricky's got a fishing rod 77.....either that or he's had a bad fall on his head...If you read that back it don't make sense "exactly the reason, higher wages and considered a better keeper by the football world hence more likely to be taken by others."...But he hasn't been taken, and why would he be because he's on higher wages?!!!Comment

Doesnt make sense from a business POV? You sure about that DaveComment

I don't mean the wages Stain....I think he came with an attitude of we should be happy to see him in a Rangers shirt...along with a few others too. I will change that comment as thinking about it cancer is far far more serious than any football discussion and i shouldn't have used the word so casually.Comment

In that game he made some stunning saves, and when they scored he pulled off a worldly from a close range header back across him. The ball then got knocked to Arteta who was offside on the goal line, who flicked over Cesar it hit the bar and he scored the rebound.
The goal shouldn't have stood, but regardless, to try and label blame on Cesar in an way for it is seriously clutching at straws.Comment

Think you need to have another read, more likely doesn't mean will, just more likely than Green. Yes he is on higher wages that's why if they can't get rid of him they will keep him and let Green go who is now out of contract.I think Ricky's got a fishing rod 77.....either that or he's had a bad fall on his head...If you read that back it don't make sense "exactly the reason, higher wages and considered a better keeper by the football world hence more likely to be taken by others."...But he hasn't been taken, and why would he be because he's on higher wages?!!!
So just so you get it I'll explain again, Cesar still in contract, green out of contract and both on ridiculously high wages for a keeper. Also for the record not saying Cesar is the answer and has his faults but to say green is better is wrong, both are hopeless at crosses and there are much better keepers out there than both for a lot less money, but we are where we are.Comment

No clutching from me....he made his debut v Chelsea i think, and from that game i knew he was dodgy....simply because he pushed the ball into play instead of around the post...dodgy keeper andIn that game he made some stunning saves, and when they scored he pulled off a worldly from a close range header back across him. i am completely at a loss after Wembley that the you lot have got the daggers out for past it keeper....He could only get a game in the mickey mouse lge because their manager is our ex playerComment

Fair enough Dave. If he were a bad signing I blame it far more on Hughes who did it so soon after signing Green. There were clearly plenty with bad attitude but whilst we have all heard about Bosingwa, SWP, Adel etc having bad attitude personally I never heard anything about Cesar being unprofessional. Tbh I doubt hardly any of those players Hughes signed were in it for anything much more than the money - we tried to buy players who were too big for the club and on the way down. Cesar was far from the worst examples imho. Anyway, hopefully we have learned our lesson.I don't mean the wages Stain....I think he came with an attitude of we should be happy to see him in a Rangers shirt...along with a few others too. That's awfully good of you to explain ....still don't make sense to me....Anyway here's hoping he has a great wc and some Portugese side come in for him...or an Icelandic side ...or a div 2 side anyone!!!Think you need to have another read, more likely doesn't mean will, just more likely than Green.
