Strikers linked...

So, we've been linked with a few strikers so far (forgive me if I've forgotten any):

Gary Hooper
Fraizer Campbell
Jordan Rhodes
That Ajax dude (forget his name)

How many would we be happy with signing? For the 25 man squad I would say we would need 4 strikers, and Austin would be one of them. Do we want 3 of the above? Or 2 and keep Zamora too?
Personally, I would like to see Zamora kept as backup, and of the above I would like Rhodes and that Ajax dude. Bobby, Chas, Rhodes and Ajax would be a decent strike force for the Premier League in my opinion.

Personally, I would like to keep Bobby, if possible? He is of the right sort, as they say.

It will be interesting to see what Gary Hooper can do. The Icelandic ace, aswell.

I remember in Jan Tony came out on twitter saying we we're never interested in Rhodes. Don't know if any things changed? He will stay at Blackburn because I doubt if any has got 12 million to spend on a championship striker

Think its a very slim chance of us keeping him mate, that's why I left him off. Would love to keep him though, and if that was the case I would sacrifice Bobby or Rhodes.
Saw Gomis mentioned, while he is a good striker I just can't shake the feeling that he could well end up like the other signings we made 2 years ago, bar Remy.

Wont happen but Remy and Rhodes... imagine a 4-3-3 those two plus Charlie. Dream on....

Alternatively Siggy from Ajax would work..... plus a shout on the lad from Posh.
