Totally addicted and expect it to continue until my last breath. The whole day will stay with me forever. All those **** days when we were in admin, worrying if we would be shut down, away days at Port vale desperate for the points and getting beaten, Cardiff scoring in the last seconds at the millenuim, I could go on and on.......We fans deserved that. It was not luck just fate. For all the pain we go through, that day made it worth it!!!

That commentary is up there with the moon landing & they think it's all over.......summed up the goal perfectly, just crazy words for a crazy moment....don't think I will ever experience a moment like that again.

I don't dare watch it at home. I well up every time. 'Er indoors keeps assuming I've been up to something and am about to confess! She doesn't understand football.

The morning afterwards the missus asked how was the match, I welled up and she thought I was going to tell her a member of the family was chronically ill. When I told her it was the most perfect day and I was still feeling emotional she told me I was a silly sod and it was only a game. She'll never understand. :sigh:
