So hard to want to agree to doing anything the rest of the bank holiday weekend as the result will without doubt affect my mood - I'm being so non committal with mates and family

It's my Mums 70th on Saturday and obviously cannot visit as I have a more important appointment in my diary for that day !!! So her birthday celebrations have been moved to Sunday,the only problem is Sunday could be a very nice family day or I may not turn up if I'm depressed in bed !!!!!
