Rides to Wigan this Friday

Hi, first post on this forum, despite reading it a lot.

I'm really struggling to figure out how to get to Wigan on Friday, so was wondering if anyone could give me a lift from the Southampton area. Obviously I'll pay my share in petrol. Cheers!

Maybe it would have been better to ask for a lift down the shops or back from the pub first ,so they could get to know you .

i was going to ask the same question, want to go but don't fancy 4.5 hours drive there and 4.5 hours back in a day. Perhaps WSXhoop could drive all us south coast hoops whilst we get on the beer, what with him being new and all that?

Hear me out here WSX as this might be a bit of a long shot but how about you get the train from London and stay the night?
You have more chance going up there in a shuttle then somebody offering you a lift from Southampton to Wigan.
