The reason they're stopping sales at 5pm is to ensure all tickets are posted out first class today.

Thought they said the cut off for sending tickets out in the post was 3pm

I'm sure Ian Taylor said it on Twitter or other people have mentioned it when calling the box office definitely read it somewhere

If they send them out after 5 then they are leaving it late anyway for the post to arrive in time on Friday

Would make more sense to take the full allocation and advise tickets purchased after 3 will be collected at Wigan and tickets can also be purchased on the day

Yeah I agree, something needs to be said. I'd have thought they will, when they release the tickets on general sale at 2pm, would make sense to collect at Wigan if ordering after 3pm.

Quite poor really. Sold 2,100 by 1pm yesterday and only sold 400 odd from members with 100+ loyalty points and all other members since. Shouldn't be surprised though really, after all the higher loyalty points members are the people that go to most games so sales would have been better earlier on.

It money for a lot of people. 2 games in 4 days plus maybe a day out at Wembley. That and the fact we have been dull this season and its on Sky. That is why the club should have laid on free travel.

We will have sold at least initial allocation of 3300 by end of today as some with 100+ points will be waiting to buy multiples in the general sale so they can guarantee sitting together

If I was TF, I wouldn't sanction the extra allocation. Pissing money away in my opinion. I don't think we'll sell the initial allocation out anyway. 800 tickets is a lot.

Can't agree with that I'm afraid JJB. Money, yeah I'll give you that one, if you can't afford it then nothing you can do. Being dull this season and it being on Sky is a terrible excuse though. I bet people will go to the final even though we've been dull and it's on Sky.

Backing your manager and buying tickets is a completely different ball game! TF has been stung a lot when buying tickets and being let down, yet people moan when we take the smaller allocations. It's only the fans to blame.
