in monthe and magris case I am surprised they have both looked good every time I have seen them.magri was excellent against crewe.monthe has been on loan in the conference I think.wouldnt it have made more sense to wait and see what league we are in next season and then make a decision on the under 21s.massive step up to prem not so massive to championship.in fact magri looked far better than Donaldson against crewe.saving grace is that as a manager I rate steve gallen very highly(his record speaks for itself)and if it was his decision then so be it.to sam magri don't give up you will make it somewhere.also Emmanuel and the others good luck in the future.with our record with youngsters we will probably part with big money to sign you in the future.

No mention of Balanta though, surely wont be getting a contract extension?

As you all say we to trust who is in charge, Magri was signed 2 years ago and is still playing the same level, same a Mo and neither or the others have attracted league clubs to go on loan.

Skippy went on loan, score in his first game and nothing snce and depeding on who you believe Ragers let him go or he wanted to go and Stoke paid us.

There has to be a reason why?, it could be our setup or our training methods that stop growth beyond this point (if thats the case we need to identify and fix) but either way if there good enough they will be back.

We lost in the U21 in the final, yes Crewe has a reputation for developing youngsters, but at that age level to be fair we should be beating these side, as it is the closes to the first team.

Maybe thats why we still waiting for a few to come through our training methods and the players are simply not good enough yet.
One for all.... and all for one

Coaches work with them everyday so I imagine it's not a lightly taken decision.

The problem with QPR is we never ever tried to build a team with some youth. They were never even given a chance in the 1st team.

Now you know why Sterling left, he probably knew he would never have had a chance with us

As far as I undrestand we relaunched the EDS last season so hopefully we should see the results soon.

Quite surprised about Monthe, giant of a defender, thought he would be one of the youngsters who would break through.

On a very decent wage apparently, one that teams lower down the leagues wouldn't be prepared to match.

Certainly stood out in the youth cup final a year or two back, but that was probably more to do with his size compared to the rest

Totally agree with this. Thought Shariff and Magri would have futures at the club for sure.
