Well you can't blame him, Skapetis will never have had a chance playing for QPR like most of our youngsters.

As I said 3 months ago, we should had given a few of them a run in the 1st team as they couldn't do no worse.

isn't part of his job to help the players to break into the 1st team by convincing the manager to give them a chance, especially seeing how happy Redknapp was on signing and selecting Keane ahead of Skapetis. But I guess we don't know what went on behind the scenes and maybe Gallen did try to convince Redknapp that Skapetis was worth a chance instead of Keane.
