Play off semi final 2nd leg at HQ

I know a lot of people on here are pessimistic after the season we've had but now is not the time for negativity! Park the bus for the first leg and then us lot have to make the atmosphere electric and above all HOSTILE at HQ. Think back to Oldham or Chelsea at home in the prem, the oppo couldn't cope with it . It doesn't matter who we play, lets cheer on the team to WEMBLEY!

This may end in tears - that Oldham atmosphere has never since been repeated. Ok it was hostile for the chavs the other year but not the same as that play off night. I suspect many will just assume we will create that kind of atmosphere without actually being a part of it - and bang, damp squib ensues.
Really hope I'm wrong but that night may live in the memory forever without being repeated

I was wondering if anybody thought it might help for us to print off some A4 posters and put them up on the stairways leading to the stands. Also on the concourse, and in the loos. Bluetack will do. For example

      YOU SIR, YES YOU

      CHEER US ON THE BALL

      BOO (WIGAN) ON THE BALL

      SURPRISE YOURSELF

Or whatever message you think for your part of the ground.

Sounds good eastherts but that atmosphere against Oldham will never be recreated imo, it was just one of those games when the crowd were just up for it.

Whereabouts in East Herts are you based?

We surely need to consult Mourinho in this matter.

Assuming lower away end will be for home fans only like the bulk of the season and we can buy in there from today??? Wigan would certainly not need downstairs but Brighton or Reading would defo fill it so hope the club say upper only and start selling downstairs to home fans as think we will need all the tickets

True, if wigan lose and reading win, we will be playing reading. If reading lose and brighton win, we will be playing wigan no matter whether they win or lose, and derby will be playing brighton. Exciting stuff even though our game means absolutely nothing at all .

No worries - don't see many of us in Herts, and I used to work with a guy from Stortford who was a QPR fan (though rather strangely at my son's school in Cheshunt we often saw a grandad walking his grandson to our school in a QPR top).
