Redknapp passing the buck not his fault

Redknapp won't take the blame for anything, this time he says we are to predictable for f**k sake it's him and his staff that sets out on the way they should play, so admit that we got it wrong.

It's never his fault. He's a pathetic individual.

Well if the complaint is were too predictable and he keeps picking Carroll who is one of the most predictable players we have Harry that predictability is down to your team selection

he never takes resposibility . His ego wont allow him to accept he is wrong sometimes.

I'd have more time for Harry if he would take a bit of responsibility Redknapp's time at the club just proves reputation isn't everything.

Why isn't Harry ever asked the one question that reveals how he honestly rates HIS season: "Given all the times QPR has seemed out of form, without flow or clear game plan, do you Harry take any responsibility for that?" And the follow-up: "Do the players?"

Saw an interview with Lukaku who said he learns something new everyday working with Martinez at Everton. Would be very surprised if HR, Joe Jordan or Kevin Bond have been on any new coaching courses in the last few years. Tired old men using outdated training methods & they ain't about to change. A bit like our team no get up & go, slow & predictable. Have obviously missed Austin, Philips, Simpson but we should have walked this league IMHO.

Funny how so many on hear think they are professional football coaches/managers. True what Warnock says in his book that everyone thinks they can be Prime minister or a better football manager.

Cant be Harry's fault that the tactics/shape/game plan isnt working.... He doesnt even take the training sessions. Same at spurs. Exactly why things started to deteriorate after McClaren left.

Dinosaur manager. Sell by date well & truly up. If he by some miracle gets us up (which I don't think he will) or if he doesn't he has to go. We need a young vibrant manager with something to go for in the game not a multi multi millionaire who's just counting down the days until he's sitting in the sun.

That's been Fernandes' problem always needs the big name, Hughesless, Redcrap. Not working.
