Either way this is a non-topic already been stated by Ian Taylor that he can't feature, nor can Taarabt or anybody else on loan.

Presumably because the contracts were so poorly negotiated that this type of scenario was not envisaged. No change there.

All loan contracts are negotiated up to 1st June. Just because the season finishes before that date doesn't mean the player(s) can be called back, loan cancelled early/ratified by the relevant authority. It's nothing whatsoever to do with the way the contracts were negotiated and everything to do with the rules regarding season long loans.

Nevertheless there are cases of players being recalled from loan during the season... and surely that eventuality must be written as an option into a loan contract, no? Tell me if that is wrong. No dis but I don't understand how recalls tie in with the June 1 thing.
