Coming from the man who had been banned from every QPR message boards seems a bit ironic , anyway HA9 the secret is out and you're suppose to have a life ban from here
Loads of people at Rangers would consider Luton rivals and they are certainly more a rival than Brentford or Fulham for example

Fingers crossed they get there act together and go back up the leagues

I'd consider even Brentford a bigger rival than Luton. This whole so called rivalry with Luton has its roots in a few scuffles back in the 80's. Luton are no more a rival than any out if town side like Watford , Brighton & Reading.

Only fans who seem have an issue against Luton seem to congregate on message boards from my experience. No Rangers fan I've ever come across in person has alluded to this 'historic' rivalry.

Those who condsider them a rival all appear to be between the ages of 40-50

            You're wrong on this one.

I'm not in that age bracket and didn't have "fisty cuffs" in the 80's.

Go into Adelaide, conningham British queen or any other rangers pub around the green and bet you will find more than a handful of people who hate Luton.

Did you not go to game we relegated them ??

The Warren Neil own goal night was lively and in the days of them banning away fans 8 of us got into the home end and I'm sure it was a sir les header that ripped up our rule book about we don't go up if we score. It started with a bit of toe to toe wiv a few of there's before the old bill came piling in. I remember the 80's games for the surging down the terracing when somebody would pretend they were injured and lay on the floor and when a few plod came in to help everyone from the back surged down to wipe them out, many times a plod helmet was thrown around.

For what it's worth I consider them massive rivals. We played them probably more than any club in the 80's with a few cup ties and the obvious off the field stuff. Even of had no intention of getting involved going there In the 80's was highly hazardous!! Witnessed a stabbing which obviously isn't pleasant and football apart if you loathe a teams fans you loathe the team. Yes it is probably a generation thing but most rivalries are.

See I don't know one Rangers fan who would consider Brentford as a rival we care more about Watford then Brentford

I would be surprised if anyone over 25 didn't consider Luton a rival

7/8 rangers fans cut or stabbed at the night cup game at theirs will help in keeping the rivalry alive not to mentiona large number of confrontations since.

Living around there I can tell you that most of their fans hate us more then they hate Watford.

The closest I've ever been to loading ones pants !! Me and two mates on entering the first underpass in that night game by the station were met by this geezer with a ponytail and his mates with a machete and another with a sock full of pool balls!!we were very lucky boys and they wer'nt playing around !!we escaped luckily with only my mate needing a few stitches defending himself!! Not proud to say had nightmares about the incident for years!!
