    A bit late, I know.

But ive been saying it. Play Zamora ahead of Keane.
Had a little bet with my dad when he started moaning on seeing Bobby getting ready, that he would score. Admittedly I didnt believe it myself but wanted him to stop moaning. And 5mins later bang, goal.
Zamora did more in that first 5mins after coming on than Keane has done since arriving on loan. I was impressed with his performance, put himself about and put in plenty of effort. Couldnt have asked for more. Nice one Bobby, certainly making nursing todays hangover all the more bearable :-)

    Have to agree mate.

Only problem is that I doubt if his fitness levels, or lack of, will enable him to keep it up.

If he is fully fit, he is a huge plus for us. But none of us has ever seen a fully fit Zamora in a Rangers shirt.

I dont think we ever will either mate. Every time he tackled someone or was tackled himself I winced.
It was a pleasant surprise hearing the fans singing for him when he came on, I thought he would get booed. I suspect many were singing sarcastically though, but hey its better than booing.

Agree ginge, bobby has to play a part on Tuesday. not sure he's got the full 90 in him just yet,but him and nico made a big difference yesterday. Can't understand fans slagging off anyone who has a bad game it happens. supporters should support.a youngster nearly got a slap yesterday for slagging off keane ,nowt to do with us but funny to watch.Bobby could save us,so lets pump some sunshine up his Harris and hopefully get the win Tuesday

No way can he be used for 90mins, to be honest I'd be cautious using him for 45mins. If he gets injured we really are focked. And that goes to show how bad things have got, if we've started relying on BZ that badly.

              Onuoha on Zamora

“Bobby’s not really been anywhere. He’s just not been selected for whatever reason, but he’s motivated and he wants to do the same as everyone else - be promoted. He’s been away for a while, but this is the perfect time for him and he’s something different.

He was getting some grief earlier in the season. But whenever I’ve been against him in my career he’s been an absolute monster. I’m glad he’s back in now and managed to put a few of the doubters quiet.

When he first came here he was a big reason why we stayed up that season. To have him back and the way he played was fantastic. He was fired up and lively, but that’s what happens when you give him the opportunity. He is healthy now.

Having played with him for over two years now that’s what I expect from him and that’s what he expects from himself. If he dips below that he’s the first person to admit that."
