    Tom Carroll & Ravel tonight!

If anyone gets the chance, watch the u21's tonight on BT Sport. I've seen Carroll dominate most games for the u21's, so go and watch it if you can. I know a lot of people have been disappointed with him and can't see what he brings, so check it out!

Totally different style of football that would probably suit a technically gifted player better . The rough and tumble of the championship ain't toms stage , he's not highly rated literally everywhere but qpr for no reason

He may turn out to be a very fine player indeed, but at the moment, the Championship and QPR do not seem to suit him.

What has he brought to the team. i.e goals scored and created? Phillips and Jenas have both scored and created more than him, from less appearances.

I had envisaged him playing in an advanced midfield role, providing cutting through balls and getting on the end of crosses rebounds and pouncing on loose balls in and around the box etc, but have rarely seen any of this. He passes the ball neatly enough, but most of these are 30-50 yards from goal.

Good luck to Tom and Ravel. Personally have seen nothing to suggest Carroll is a Premier League player let alone International standard, but good luck to him.

Ravel should be a top player, so long as he keeps his attitude in check.

Iīm sure he would have thrived on playing in a more advanced position. I canīt help but think he is a talented player, who is totally wasted at our Club this season. Personally, I should believe that if used in the position you suggests he could pose a real threat in our final third of the play. Funny, that HR hasnīt thought about that..

I completely agree! Harry even said himself he gave Tom the number 10 shirt as he saw him as an advanced midfielder, playing in behind the striker. But for some reason he's played him as our deepest centre mid. Baffling.

Being selfish I don't want him dominating at international level I want him to do it for us which so far he has not

See a few have said he could be better used in an advance role I cannot see it myself and think that role would really expose him more so then where he is playing now. Playing point for me needs the player to be able to carry the ball and hold people off in addition to being able to play defence splitting passes neither of which he has demonstrated so far with us
