We laughed when no one came in for him, he was a fantasist....remember he was championship material why would real, Barca, PSG or Eh Milan be after him big head ...whose he think he is...
We wanted him out, who cares about getting us up and being our best player for a generation and putting our club back on the map with good publicity for once after the dark yrs, no he was inconsistent, trouble and lazy unlike Diakite, SWP, Bobbh, Barton, Bosingwa, AJ, Dyer, Granora and Mbia...what's he done for us unlike those legends. Get out he makes me so angry with his pretend quality that didn't really lift people off their seats at LR that had never been done before for over 15 yrs...
Now he is eh playing in Milan, we hate him even more, for his disloyalty and for actually being quite good, how can he put us down and say he wasted 4 yrs when we only loved him like other clubs love their main players ....good riddance
    That's funny

      hah, excellent post Tblock

Funny seeing the revisionism over the last month or so. Go back to an Adel thread from ~October or so and it's full of people saying he was never good enough for top flight football.

They are right. Serie A isn't as good as the Premier League.

Joe Jordan: Taarabt Future Up To Him And AC Milan

Taarabt is currently on loan at Milan from QPR and Jordan believes a permanent move would be down to the player and the Rossoneri to discuss.

“It doesn’t depend on us,” the former Milan and Hellas Verona forward told MilanNews.it.

“You need to be asking Milan and Taarabt. The possibility of signing permanently for Milan is down to the player, who has these next few months to experience and then evaluate his adventure in Italy.

He is a player of great talent and ability who can score goals and create assists. He is now showing this at Milan. I think he has realised the great opportunity he has been given to go to a prestigious club like Milan. Because of this he has been looking to make a good impression from the first possible moment.”

That's because we offered him to Milan on loan with a "right to buy". Which means that if Milan decide they want to buy him, then he is there's.

Complete waste of time who will always fail in the end, as an old saying goes a leopard never changes his spots.
Your hypocrisy is amazing. Every time some manager has said something good about Adel, you have dismissed it as being politically correct, about how managers say things to play up to the media etc. Yet whenever someone has said something bad about Adel, you have taken it as Gospel and said "see, even so and so doesn't rate Adel"!

Anyway, English is Adel's third language after Arabic and French, and I am assuming he gave the interview in English as he doesn't speak Italian. Maybe by "wasted" he meant he played at a level below than he should have. If that's the case, I would agree with him, as he was clearly too good for the Championship and should have been playing in a bigger team on a bigger stage.

Of course, you just hate the guy to such a degree that you want to try and blame him for everything.

Difference is what managers/coaches say is often said for a purpose big up a player, motivate another, play to fans etc. all the quotes that are disrespectful to our club come from Taarabt himself, such as the latest of many.

To be honest as I have said many times let's see where he is in 6-12 months, if that's Milan then we will all be happy, his fans as they can say he has found his level etc and those that arenot so convinced of his abilities and attitude because he will no longer be at our club and we will have a few million.

We were having this same Adel argument 12 months ago, and again 6 months ago, and I'm pretty sure you used that exact line then too. Doubt you saw the Milan deal coming!

In fairness doubt he did either sitting on the bench and not making the Fulham squad on occasions

But he seems to have knuckled down and has his head in the right place so for once he cannot be knocked for his attitude. Must say as well the photo I saw of him the other day with Kaka he looked remarkably slim too like he had lost over a stone looked like an athlete

So hang on a second, if a coach says something good about Adel it is for other motives and the coach doesn't mean it.
If a coach says something bad about Adel, it is because he genuinely means it and it can't be for other reasons, like trying to hide his own poor management and making Adel a scapegoat?

Yep, I was right - you're a hypocrite who employs double standards.

Yeah cause QPR is a tinpot club .....just go and f-off ...........no player.....no player is bigger than the club. The only reason he did as well as he did under Warnock is because the rest of the team were made to pander to his every whim, and it's those players that deserve the credit for keeping schtum and playing 2nd fiddle to him

Who said a player is bigger than the club?

I was merely pointing out the hypocrisy at how some try and cling onto everything he says to make him sound bad. Even when he says something respectful, like when he signed for Fulham, he said one day he would like to be back at QPR (and he didn't need to say this), he still gets no credit.
