Begs the question TW what exactly the hype, which we heard about him prior to his arrival, was actually based upon as he was sold as the next big thing when in fact he is distinctly average and that's me being generous

But what you have all failed to realise is that QPR always have a tendancy of making a highly regarded player look crap.... or we somehow make them a crap player.

If Carroll was playing in Leicesters team or Burnley/forest/derby I promise you he would be brilliant.

Just think back over the last couple of years where high reputation players have come and failed, that is a long long list.

I think he has potential but he is just in the wrong team wrong manager.

I'm not sure but didn't his arrival at derby last year conincide with their dip in form? Hype comes from redknapp and sherwood I think.

Rubbish player. Plays one or two excellent passes each game, but that's it. Deep lying crab who fetches the ball off the goalie or centre backs before moving sideways with it before passing it sideways or backwards. Never carries the ball forward. Rarely if ever gets in the opponents box. Send back to Spurs ASAP.
