I agree, but the OP says:Originally posted by HoopDoggyDogg View PostHarry knew nothing about Dellatore, had never even seen him play.
That's 1 example.
So I'd be interested to hear how he knows this.Originally posted by Hoop-du-Jour View PostI don't believe he's (HR) behind a lot of them. I think he's been overruled and shut out on what he really wants to see in the team.

Harry hasn't been over-ruled, I think the only time (could have been paper talk) was when he supposedly wanted Bridge.Originally posted by Stanley76 View PostI agree, but the OP says:

But Harry did say that he hadn't seen nothing of Dellatore but the Chairman liked him and was recommended by the scouting team.
What did they see in him though, as he had only scored 3 goals in about 20 games in a poor league.
And won't even be thrown in at the deepend on his loan stint for the EDS Squad.

Harry recently reiterated that he chooses the players/targets, then Beard and the Board do the deals. Dellatore and Bridge may have been exceptions to that rule but if it is the norm then I don't think Harry would tolerate that and would walk. The OP claims to know differently though so I'd be interested to hear if it's just a hunch or he has something more concrete to base it on...Originally posted by HoopDoggyDogg View PostHarry hasn't been over-ruled, I think the only time (could have been paper talk) was when he supposedly wanted Bridge.

I don't "claim to know" anything, I stated it was my belief and that's why I asked, so I could either be put straight or have it confirmed.

You've gone from this;

It feels like I'm being goaded for asking a legitamate question of those who would know a great deal more than I, about QPR on a QPR fan site.Originally posted by Stanley76 View PostWhich is why I asked earlier: your 'belief' - based on something concrete or just a feeling?
Think I'll give this thread a swerve now, seeing as I've put straight on the subject.

I agree your question is legitimate and I'm not trying to goad you at all Hoop-du-jour. Sorry if that's how it came across. You stated this was your belief so I was merely curious what lead you to that conclusion. If you don't wish to answer then no biggie.Originally posted by Hoop-du-Jour View PostIt feels like I'm being goaded for asking a legitamate question of those who would know a great deal more than I, about QPR on a QPR fan site.

dellatorre and Donaldson were signed for the eds, not the first team and suggested by scouts....harry doesn't manage the edsOriginally posted by Yousef View PostI guess Redknapp assign target players and TF sign the ones he can. But there are definitely TF sigingings: PJS, Yuk and Dellatorre .
