We have to have one eye on the future even if we do go up.
No point in spending all budget on experienced prem players that may only have a few years left in them.
Green, Simpson, Phillips, Austin and Faurlin are current players who I wouldn't want to lose.
When the season ends the club needs to be spending every day looking at what players can give us experience but also any that can be part of the future but have the ability to be part of the starting eleven as well.

But until we install short, medium and long term goals at this club, where every one is on board including us, and how we conduct ourselves, then all i see is season on season of false dawns until we stumble towards Tony`s goal of the Mecca of Old oak common, and the life blood squeezed from every one of us.

Forget the prem, forget Tracy Island, forget old lags on loan, forget Harry. Many of the new breed of foreign investors want quick returns, you have to build success from the bottom up.
