    But, man, this is poor.

We haven't played well all season have we guys ? We are one paced, very little commitment, heavy legs in midfield, lack of heart etc etc etc.

There was a great close up today. Adkins raving, shouting, gesticulating. Harry somber. Hands in pockets. He's had enough. Maybe its age. Maybe he swimming against the tide...My solution ? A few years in the Championship. A new younger manager. Build the club from the ground up.

Thanks Harry for coming to us. I would never have believed you could be at QPR. But, it hasn't worked, so shake hands and move on...

    Malkay, come on down.

I feel sad writing this having been such a Harry fan...
The mess Harry inherited cannot be underestimated. That said, he doesn't want to be here. He's only here because Tony is paying him a huge amount of cash with even bigger bonuses if we go up. He was a spent force the moment Roy Hodgson got the England job. Needs to retire and spend some time with the grandchildren and some leisurely walks on the golf courses of Dorset. He's not in the best of health.

My only concern in changing now is that we fling ourselves back into the maelstrom. Is it worth it? With or without Redknapp, I can't see us going up this season. Aside from the usual suspects (Hill, Dunne, Barton, Simpson) I just don't see any desire there.

Mackay knows that if he waits until the summer, he'll have the pick of better jobs than ours (Norwich, West Brom, Southampton, Swansea all likely to become available)
Meet me by the railway tracks

'Arry did inherit a mess but he hasn't improved things which is criminal given the support he has had.

I'd seriously question our transfer policy. My assumption rightly or wrongly is that 'Arry gives Big Beard a wish list and he goes off and tries to sign them. Seems to be either players we have only a small chance of signing which we lose out on late on into transfer windows leaving us in difficulties or has beens that 'Arry knows from past experience. It just isn't working. Out of the dozens we have brought in only Phillips, Simpson, Austin and Remy have worked. Dunne has done ok but lets face it is only a short term signing. None of our youngsters given a look in either.

We are doing an awful job of developing our squad. Personally, having previously been in favour of keeping him to the end of the season, I'd rather get rid now and get someone else on board. Can't see how we could end up playing any worse.
